Signature Frequencies: Opening to the Flow of Now
There’s a spectrum of “functioning,” from none, to the super conscious. Why are some people fearful, paranoid, anxious and closed off, while others socially adept, engaged in society, calm, and exuding leadership qualities? Why are some repressing their abilities and hiding themselves, while others are presenting themselves and teaching their gifts?
Many factors in an environment, affect the ease with which one navigates, adapts and flourishes. How can humans beings, with any neuro-physiological profile, gracefully come to remember the signature frequency of their eternal being, and share it with the multiverse, for the evolution of consciousness?
Here I present factors that influence one’s expression, and methods to mitigate the the disharmonic elements, and amplify the more harmonic patterns.
Everyone is mind controlled, on a multitude of levels. That was the deal we accepted before we came here. It had to be, and couldn’t have been any other way. It was and is our deepest Self, who is doing it. All of it, was and is perfect. The depth of the intelligence behind this process is far beyond our comprehension.
Everything is open to being reprogrammed, rewired, hacked, upgraded and transformed. This is the nature of living inside of mind. We are all waking up to the power of consciousness to create reality. We are waking up to what has always been -- a universe that is alive.
Detox. Blockages are connected on multiple levels -- chemical toxins, with psychological blockages or traumas. We hold onto toxins because we resist opening to the pure light, to the fully functioning blueprint of ourselves. We hold onto disharmonic, wounded, disempowered patterns, because we are fearful of the power and response-ability that must be embodied when arriving at the clear state. We are fearful of opening to loving ourselves.
These old patterns can be washed clean, no matter how deep the mind control or programming has been. They can be dissolved, because they are not real. Only the pure eternal essence is real. It always exists underneath, and can shine through when learned temporal illusions are seen through.
Chemicals. Deprogram your psychology through detoxing of disrupting chemicals. Fluoride, aspartame, heavy metals, hormone disruptors, pollutants, gluten, casein, soy, pharmaceuticals, et cetera.
Simply test out a clean diet, for a certain amount of time, and notice the changes. The fast track to the Self, is fasting. Go for 3 days with only water. Many chemicals cause inflammation in the brain, causing fuzzy thinking. They restrict the “bandwidth” so that only limited and incomplete downloads come through from the higher Self. Why are you here? Who are you? When the pure stream is open wide, the answers to these questions are self evident. There are no questions. Everything is a question. You are the answer.
This process of letting go of external sources of happiness, necessitates the unearthing of one’s innate qualities of peace, tranquility, abundant power, and radiant joy. The telescope can be turned inward, just a little, in every situation, until the inner opens up, into all that is.
The journey might be seen as a reversal, and an upheaval, of all that was once unquestionable reality. Death of the old, rebirth of the new, remembering what is. It can be challenging to let go of seeming solidity, and to allow a greater flow and exchange with the universe, and to give in to ultimate mystery, and paradox, beyond anything the linear, logical mind, can fathom.
But within this fluid, insubstantial, mirage of a world, lies the open canvas for creation, for imagination to be explored through magick. And this, is the hidden opportunity. This latent ability of creation, is the alchemical gem, the superpower that comes from healing the divine wound. The switch is always open to be flicked. It is simply that altering one’s environment on the level of chemicals, can make it easier to clearly see one’s true potential, on the level of metaprogramming the dream.
If you’re a human being on earth, you’ve been mind controlled. Our parents were mind controlled. They did their best to heal, awaken, cleanse, and reprogram themselves, but more iterations of the evolutionary process were necessary to unfold. Like vestigial organs, the memes and dogmas that were temporarily useful in our parent’s world, have become unfit for use in the world today, and must be severed, as we learn to consciously program ourselves, with new appendages and appropriate instruments, for new realities.
What do monks do, who wish to penetrate the nature of reality? They remove themselves from the influences of society, and seclude themselves in caves. If we exist constantly within society, how can we ever see the world clearly, except through the clouded lenses of the people and institutions around us?
Everyone is mind controlling everyone. We are all hypnotically influencing each other, seeking reinforcement of our inherited paradigms, in the hopes that our peculiar traumas will be validated. We find people to commiserate with, about this certain state of affairs.
The monk in solitude on the other hand, has himself to hypnotize, and no one to commiserate with or validate his egoic illusions. He has only the infinite mystery of being, to console his shattered reality. As he looks within to find the solid, separate self, he falls continuously into the unmanifest cavern of his being. And there, from the blank slate of nothingness, when one is fully deprogrammed from any notion of external reality or sense of self, the real programming begins, the ultimate Self is born, and reality of the imagination is set free.

Spiritual Questions Galore
Last night I had an interesting discussion with the Vipassana group in Northampton, and it actually continued in my dreams. I literally had to summarize the discussion of some Buddhist quotes, in my morning hypnogogia.
To use technology, or not? What is technology? Are practices technologies? What if I sit on the cushion for 40 years and never get anywhere? How do we silence the habitual thought patterns that come up? How do they fall away on their own? What use is technology or practices, in stilling the mind?
What are stories? Can we replace the repetitive stories created by traumas, with consciously chosen stories that lead to empowerment?
What does life post-enlightenment look like? Are there still stories?
What is magick? Why are Buddhists against magick, technology, and other practices? How does Kundalini Yoga relate to mindfulness meditation and Vipassana? Why does it seem that there aren't very many Kundalini activated people practicing Vipassana?
Why do monks shave their heads and Kundalini Yogis grow it long? Are monks resisting being full present, in this world, without their hair? Is cutting your hair unnatural?
Vipassana seems dogmatic and fundamentalist. Is it even healthy to sit for 12 hours a day, for weeks on end, without physical movement except a light walk? What's up with the cooked dairy?
For realz, Kundalini Yogis and Vipassana meditators absolutely need to quit the cooked dairy. They both need to eat fewer cooked carbs, and more raw greens and superfoods.
It just strikes me that Vipassana meditating for 45 days, as they offer, or even 10 days, 12 hours a day, is just not a healthy lifestyle! And not so sustainable. To be fair, they did say that certain yoga was compatible with Vipassana, but that since they didn't have the proper facilities, I couldn't so much as stretch my arms. No chanting either.
Also to be fair, not all Buddhists are into Vipassana. Tons of Buddhists chant, obviously, and, I guess, have official movement practices. Some even sit under cold waterfalls like the yogis.
Ok, now to the more interesting questions. Stories. Technology. What I think, is that technologies and practices, (practices are technologies) can be (ought to be) utilized for changing our brains. For changing our sense of self, identity, genetic code, entire being, etc. The other side, from the Vipassana (or Zen) types, is the strategy of going directly to the thing, on your own. Sit silently, practice letting go of cravings and aversions, and maybe, poof, enlightenment just happens on its own.
Then there's this shamanic current, what I think is maybe post enlightenment. It says, yes the state of oneness, beyond separate self, is great, and I go there all the time, with trance practices -- and what is meditation but inhibitory trance (as opposed to excitory trance).
The the shamans have a lot to say about stories. The world is made of stories, of songs. You can shift and chose the stories that orient your being. In this Now, the past and future are malleable, because they only exist in the present, because they are your perception. So, techniques like hypnosis, trance, etc. can be used to rewire the brain, shift stories from disempowering to empowering. Shift them from ones of trauma, to ones of discovering magick!
It seems Buddhists are afraid of magick, of actively rewiring themselves, and of entering into dialogues with the universe, and consciously creating. You go up the mountain, sit in the cave, find yourself, then come back to the community, and what do you offer? Sounds like a hero's journey. What does the hero offer? The hero comes back with gifts, with magickal powers, from the unconscious. The hero's journey takes one to the unconscious and facilitates the integration with lost parts of the self. It's a process of remembering.
Sit, realize enlightenment, realize that reality is code and you are a conscious creator, then come back and teach it. Show people the magick. Hold ceremonies, where your recovered gifts are used for healings, that allow other people to discover their own gifts.
Let's be clear. Mindfulness and silent meditation have tremendous benefits, and are powerful practices that ought to be utilized by everyone, even shamans. However, there are also a million other trance practices and technologies, that dedicated meditators would do well to test out.
We're entering amazing new worlds. There is a global shift in cosnciousness taking place. People are realizing themselves to be conscious creators and magickal beings. It's becoming easier and easier for people to enter enlightened states, access higher vibrational downloads, and ground them back in the 3d linear timeline. What's important, is to develop stable stages of development, ala Ken Wilber. You can have an experience of enlightenment, of awakening, but still be at a mythic level of development.
The world is wide open. New spiritual technologies and reinvented esoteric practices, are dazzling. Humans are waking up to their divinity. Being, God, is waking up to itself, as light, as consciousness, as creation, through the human being.

The Journey is the Destination
I've sketched out the vocabulary, some activities, and avenues for development in the major posts below. Now it's time for a few personal notes and observations.
2 Bikram Yoga classes down! Feeling good. Finally I'm stretching and challenging myself. This past month in Northampton as been beautiful, creative, powerful, and sometimes lonely, being just with myself, going through the solstice dark days of the year. It has also been an amazing head trip being on the internet, playing with brainwave entrainment and biofeedback, and testing out some biohacks.
I had some totally out of this world head spaces, and below I'll identify some changes in my life this month, that maybe be factors.
No smoking pot or tobacco or taking any drugs at all. Weird! My last serious tobacco use was last spring, but I was smoking pot (seriously) this summer. The bottom line, is that I enjoy singing, and like a clear throat. Mentally or energetically, it has some unbalancing effects. For example, training one to think that pleasure comes from external sources.
This fall I started, again, engaging in serious meditation. It's just such a basic, foundational practice, to let go of cravings and aversions, and simply rest in the nothingness.
Here in Noho, I tested out Vipassana, Zen, and Shambala meditation groups. I like Zen the most.
My morning ritual has been awesome and consistent. I get up whenever I get up, but as soon as I get up, I do the 5 Tibetan Rites yoga sequence, then the 5 Treasures Qi Gong sequence, then 15 minutes Microcosmic Orbit meditation, then shivasana. All of them are having tremendous impacts, moving my spine and refining my energy body.
I've definitely enjoyed going to the Dance Spree and Dance Spirit dances here, just free, barefoot, ecstatic dance, unguided movement practices. Things get rather shamanic, trippy, and trancey, for sure.
My diet this month has been almost pure vegan. Mostly because of budget considerations. This fall I started on the no eggs regimen. That has felt really super good. I recommend people try that. If you're going to eat eggs, eat them raw. Going vegetarian I think has brought a higher frequency, that is at times hard to maintain, but worth it. With practices like Chi Kung, energy can come directly from the universe, and you become more efficient at utilizing it.
I've been standing lots, on the shakti mat. Standing desks all the way.
I sleep on two yoga mats and a big sleeping bag.
Lots of brainwave entrainment, alph and gamma ramps, and even delta tones sometimes going to sleep.
The Sleep Cycle app has been quantifying my sleep -- I can improve on sleep quality lots.
I do enjoy staring at the sun when it first rises in the morning, which helps reset circadian rhythms.
Sadly I ran out of Vitamin D a week ago, and have been out of Omega 3s for a couple weeks. I was taking electrolyte packets with trace minerals and Vitamin C. Now I take C powder.
Another change has been eating increasing amounts of rice and lentils. Certainly less than ideal. I add frozen kale, and tons of coconut oil and some olive oil, with copious amounts of Himalayan Pink salt. Another dish I make, Is sprouted buckwheat with blueberries and coconut oil, or switch out buckwheat for raw pumpkin seeds. Add some cacao nibs and stevia, and bam!
To sum things up, I've had days here, particularly the week before the solstice, where I was having major endomorphine, endocannabinoid production. I think it can be seen as a by product of major neural rewiring. Moving the spine, bringing energy up to the brain, refining the energy body with Chi Kung, going vegetarian, and listening to brainwave entrainment, have all had tremendously positive effects. Finally, being able to cut stencils and make t-shirts, has been a very healthy release, biofeedback mechanism, and way to integrate. Art is important. So is dance.

Begin with the End in Mind: The Ceremony of Now
Pyramids? Space stations? Robot races?
How about, sustainable communities, activated children, earth connected memes and holistically integrated worldviews?
What does the future look like? How does it feel to be there? What sensations might arise in this vision?
It might feel comforting. Perhaps tingly electric vibrating sensations. Bright colors, quickly moving, pulsing, and flitting in and out of dimensions.
Here, in this future, I feel clarity, purpose, fulfillment, destiny arising in this now. Harmony, joy, balance, integrity, spontaneity, stretching, laughing, experimenting, listening, presenting, seeing, creating, being.
The specifics of creation, organize around the patterns of energy that hold the space for the unfolding. As we allow a portal to open, concentration and genuine presence acts to facilitate this manifestation to flow forth. It happens on its own, as the arising is witnessed.
With that said, I'm now going to brainstorm some characteristics that a community of the future might have.
Begin with the end in mind.
I see people dancing, conducting ceremony, playing music. I see spaces, arenas, sanctuaries, where people teach, display, communicate, act and interact. I see journeys being lead, and awakenings taking place. I see experiments bubbling up through us. The energetics of the space provide for the activities to organically develop.
The details of sustainable life, can organize around the end vision, of ceremony, experiment, play, learning, evolution, awakening, remembering etc.
That said, the practical elements that sustain a community, also contribute to the quality of the end performance. For example, connect with the earth, would foster an organic arising.
The Earth can sing through us, the melodies that create the spaces for life energy to flourish.
We live in a quantum reality that vibrates, and sound can manifest new consciousness.
Creation of reality happens through hypnotic induction.
Trance is the gateway to manifestation.
We are opening portals and accessing imaginal realms.
To push past our limits, we can aim to manifest visions that we don't think are possible.
Through trance, we can go beyond linear thought, and call in the imagination, call in Spirit realms to guide us in the languaging of new code, new vibrations that manifest reality.
Be the change.
As we breathe into ourselves, we come to new dimensions of being, that are able to hold space for certain qualities of play, to arise in the performers. Balance, harmony, activation.
The trance of our being, is conveyed through the vibrations we emanate. The one song, the uni-verse, notices the most subtle changes in consciousness. Attention to being. Calm abiding. Witnessing the flow.
With these end spaces in mind, the great experiments that propel civilizations into new stages of evolution, we can begin there and perform the ceremonies, as the physical elements are drawn around us.
In other words, the practice of holding ceremonial space, is necessary for the foundations to sustain it. Reality is non-local and a-temporal. We can make quantum jumps to the future, and attract our present selves into it.
For me, this takes the shape of deepening practices that lead to teachings and presentations. Guided meditations, affirmations with entrainment, NLP, hypnosis, biofeedback, relaxation techniques, embodiment exercises, experiments with collaborative art spaces, group toning and vocal play, demonstrations of biohacking skills etc.
And finally, I'd love for you to experiment and play with me! Let's practice opening the mystery being, and allowing the flow. Let's dance in the stream! Swirling and whirling, gliding and sliding. Learning and colliding.
Leave some comments! What does the future feel like for you? What do the experiments look like? How do they sound? What's the texture of the new dialogue?

The Action of Detox: Return to the Beginning
Now some straightforward tips on detox.
Coffee enemas. Powerful liver activation for detox through production of glutathione. I'm at number 6.
Heat. Last night I did my first Bikram Yoga class, in a room at 104 degrees. I poured. Then a cold rinse off. Heat takes many forms -- sweat lodge, infared sauna.
Chlorella. After the yoga, I mixed powdered chlorella in water and drank it.
Bentonite Clay. I took some in the form of Pascalite clay. It's a downright magickal substance. It pulls toxins out. Very noticeable effects are had when taking it every day.
Skin brushing. Oil pulling. Tongue scraping.
What have I left out? Silence. Let's detox from words, categories, and thought. Sink into the mystery beyond conception and before naming.
Let us return to the original substance, the prima materia. Beginner's mind. I know nothing...
Prima materia, materia prima or first matter, is the ubiquitous starting material required for the alchemicalmagnum opus and the creation of the philosopher's stone. It is the primitive formless base of all matter similar to chaos, the quintessence, or aether.
