The hypnotic swish of water spraying out, liquids under pressure, releasing. Tension, release. From a seed of potential, we spring forth and grow, we push up, and through resistance, developing the plot, the structures and colors of the story. There is rising tension, build up, excitement, anticipation, drama, action, crescendo, climax, breakthrough, concrescence, awakening of magick and creation, the full discovery of Self, Spirit, stepping into embodiment -- and in that space, we know, and then relax, let go, sink down, release, and ground this remembering of spirit, into being.

A column of water holds energy, it holds the tension of knowing the mystery of the journey back to source, down to the earth, back to the outbreath, the relaxation and parasympathetic equilibrium, releasing into God. The water flows down, it spiral vortexes around, moving through form its structure reflects the memory of motion, through proportions of force, sequences and patterns, the sacred rocks imparting messages, and wisdom from the powerful elementals of the earth. This great return to source, of releasing into the flow, cascades over us, and the holy water’s healing essence, rejuvenates the open kundalini pathways, for the double helix serpents, to spiral and rise.

A cleansing bath with sacred plants and ceremonial action, intention, sound and light, is a powerful healing gesture. Water steeped in the necessary plants, imparted with healing and upgrading intention through sound, and swirled in a vortex, is poured over an initiate, as they step into their new being -- perfect, whole, present, aware, awake, alive, and rebirthed into spirit.

When many small or large distinct objects reflect or oscillate the light coming through or bouncing off of them, the entire scene can merge into one vibrating, formless, witnessing of the infinite light pulsing through it all. This effect can immerse and bath one’s awareness in the fluttering, flickering, boundary dissolving, and awe in-spire-ing wonder of creation. It says, reality is not this or that, it is all of everything at once. As the wind moves through the trees and spins the mirrors and leaves, reflections of being are seen everywhere. There is a fuzzy warm glow that emanates from this non-dual real-eyez-ation. It envelops one in a world of light.

Syncopated Toning -- When toning vocal sounds toward a waterfall, the air filled with the sound of the rapids creates an interference pattern with the tone you're emitting, and a staccato vibration in the diaphragm is created by the interference pattern of the merging sounds.
